Overall experience is good. Not having any PTO & getting paid for any holidays the company they placed me with has off is a financial burden & becoming a health burden I am getting burnt out. Also, I have been temp at this company for 10 months & they will not hire me perm even tho they like my work

Dress code is casual, atmosphere is casual, easy going people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Casual, laid back, easy to get a long with and ask for help if needed. Great environment everyone helps out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not your typical questions , questions, questions. It was more related to the position and straight to the point, more on the relaxed side too.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with other employees, vendors and clients who are in the building or come in. Being able to do what I need to do without being micromanaged, a lot less stressful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting compensated for all the other training I did in other departments, getting hired permantly and getting a raise after being here for almost 1 year and doing a great job! Offering me incentive like PTO or something.
