Site Managers that are in place does not have Manager experience. Randstad need to send there Site Manager to register for management course in a community College.Over all i Enjoy working with the contractor that I am assign to.Enjoy developing my staff

Was allowed to put a face to the company. Was able to see how things are setup at the company

Need to gain more knowledge of there current role. Need to be honest about the job description when recuiting talents.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If, I was compensated for the length of time I have been with Randstad.on top of my educational background with 15 years management experience making only 40,000 a year. Being recognized and show appreciation.
