The actual assignment was great until it ended but working for the temp agency is very frustrating.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Like I said communication is key and having a game plan or outline for moving forward.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Really it comes down to a lack or organization and everything seems thrown together at the last minute in some desperation to try and get something done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is the main thing. I wanted to be kept in the loop and not just get an email when your assignment ends saying that they will be in touch whenever comes available. Have a gameplan for me and put something into action.
