Everyone truly looks out for the success of others, and gives continuous feedback on how we can improve today versus yesterday.

The interview process had many open-ended questions, so I felt despite not having a similar background, I could answer questions using my own experiences and relating them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management is very supportive, positive, and tries their best to provide industry information to motivate us to hit metics. They are both a realistic and motivating leadership team.
