  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    We need to get back to focusing on Randstad employees first and foremost. Miserable employees perform poorly and are mentally checked out. We need to find a way to proper motivate employees and get them back "in the game" but actually valuing them and paying correctly.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    I have not had a proper raise or job review in 3 1/2 years.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Communication the 'why' to huge changes such as lack of pay increases, cutting half the bonus potential and also how they plan to remain a top staffing agency when it shows that they don't value their employees.
