in the rategain, the people have different CTC on exactly same designation, this should be at par within the company and as per market.

As per the market standards and the work I have been doing day and night since the time I joined BCV, it appears like the appraisal isn't fair since we don't even have any bonus policy or any other employee retaining perks! It is what we get and should be looked into with the recession at this stage
