It is rewarding to solve a difficult problem or accomplish a large task. It is nice to have collaborative co-workers but the autonomy to make important contributions to the success on my own too.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Internal reporting tools to be more efficient when preparing for a client visit. Having one single sign on intranet or space, well organized to access for any type of task you need to perform (nowadays we have tons of URLs, user logins for products, HR, Business Travel, Expenses, Reporting, etc)
