Best startup I've ever worked at, with some of the friendliest, most genuine, and hardworking people in the tech industry.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits for sure! Full-coverage medical, dental, vision for all employees AND dependents, health and wellness stipend every month, unlimited PTO (that leadership actually encourages people to utilize) and 14 paid company holidays.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Tons of transparency coming from the top down (we typically have 2 all-hands meetings per month with our CEO and leadership), and it's obvious that the C-suite genuinely cares about the well-being of all employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to help. If you need assistance or support, all you have to do is raise your hand and someone will be there. Tons of empathy and teamwork go into the day-to-day, and I feel so grateful to have such a supportive group of coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone understands that mistakes are made. I feel a good kind of pressure to do my best, but don't feel pressured to be absolutely perfect. If things go wrong, it's not the end of the world. Everyone is in this together - there's a ton of teamwork and support.
