What makes you most happy at work?
The people, life work balance, and freedom to be yourself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fullly paid for, and very comprehensive, medical, dental and vision. We have stock options, remote life stipends, in person company wide retreats, and co-workspace stipends.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is very personable and warm. Questions can be hard but they helped to make me comfortable so I could think straight. Be your self.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all have fond mutual respect for each other, and we higher a very diverse group from many backgrounds. Also having a sense of humor is required here!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're always on the same page and synced up with our vision. Extremely supportive, very little politics, respectful and humorus. Our team promotes high work ethic, and is always setting standard high.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being on the leadership team myself, we operate very different. Micromanging is frowned upon. Our methods involve empathy, radical candor, and cultivating our staff to have a growth mentality. We also strongly believe that happy employees produce better work, so we're all about life/work balance.
