They are very approachable and despite hectic schedules they put the effort into stay connected to the people
What are some of the best things about your team?
When meetings are done, we don't sit there for the remaining 15 minutes killing time. We're truly supportive of each other, and want what's best for the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The authenticity that the interviewers spoke with was amazing. I've never interviewed with a company that had everyone on the same page at the same time, and be able to consistently convey that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support given to folks who ask for it is phenomenal. We pay attention to where we haven't hit goals and then we figure out a game plan of accomplishing them next time. We don't fester on the negative. We also take the time to highlight what we're doing well so it's not always about improvement.
