Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued mainly because I feel like I have to drop everything to work, I readjust my schedule all the time. I would feel better if my time was respected.

I was part time for 8 years but could not contribute to retirement.

I do not like how much I tip out now as a server. The server wage is too low.

My manager is unproffesional and takes me off the floor FIRST ALWAYS. She is behind the bar on a saturday night because were so busy and she cut me at 730 im being treated unfairly and its becoming out of hand!!

Include 18% tip on all bills. Have a better management system.

We get stiffed a lot as servers here. We do all this upselling etc to run up 70-200 dollar tabs just to make 5 dollars here and 10 bucks there... its unfair and we are expected to tip out based on sales, when we arent nearly even making the correct amount of tips based on our sales....

Because no one will help me get what I need from this company. I'm on the edge of suing.

Bonus structure is garbage. Sales targets unachievable and company expectations are unreasonable.

No backsever and expo is needed

Review from Sales Dept

Corporate over works the staff in a post covid world where no one wants to work yet corporate is acting like a pre covid world. No benefits at all to get our butts kicked everyday and now we have to work thanksgiving snd christmas. It was tge only benefit left and we lost it.

I volunteer to cover shifts but am treated like pos from my gm Tiffany. People are afraid to complain. West des moines is horrible.

Each store is different. Stop trying to run it into the ground.

They dont gaf about u

I come to work everyday but the managers will give me very minimal hours.

I would feel better if I had paid time off and hours that are livable

better salary and mor people

Yes I do feel very undervalued everyone calls out all the time and when they are there that nobody does their side work I'm constantly having to run and get everything ?

Review from Customer Support Dept

All tipped employees are now expected to pay no tipped employees wages. They are trying to have as few hourly employees as possible because the company is bleeding money.

Pay your employees. Stop making us servers pay them for you. 6.75 percent tippout is robbery. Especially when your promoting $20 endless shrimp.

This pointless endless takes away the focus on customers who want an actual meal, lobster, crab, salmon. Many servers in my store are leaving red lobster because of this ridiculous everyday battle we go through.
