Communication, We need radios to be able to communicate and they still need to fix them.
The guests are what keep us in business. The servers are the face of Red Lobster. More communication and management of servers is needed.
I feel undervalued mainly because I feel like I have to drop everything to work, I readjust my schedule all the time. I would feel better if my time was respected.
I was part time for 8 years but could not contribute to retirement.
I do not like how much I tip out now as a server. The server wage is too low.
My manager is unproffesional and takes me off the floor FIRST ALWAYS. She is behind the bar on a saturday night because were so busy and she cut me at 730 im being treated unfairly and its becoming out of hand!!
