management needs to encourage constructive feedback and disagreements.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

inaccurate invoicing and billing of clients. by tens of thousands of dollars. cfo encouraged not paying a publisher until they noticed we witheld payment. there's no discovery of initiatives with external stakeholders

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

retaining employees. being transparent on goals both achieved and failed. stop manipulating/adjusting employee compensation. remove the okr of internal csat from bonus payout (huge conflict of interest). reorg less often. lessen the issue of understaffing. be charismatic. encourage critical feedback

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I perform job functions outside the job descriptions I was hired to do. the turnover leaves me doing other people's jobs on understaffed teams. my bonus compensation has been decreased with each adjustment. I have no voice to push back, it feels like I'm being robbed
