communication of goals and expectations.

I know they are nice people, but not great at sharing ideas, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being made aware of comp plan and then know that it is achieveable
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Team concept. Accountability to each other. Belief that things will get better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Dedicated attention on training. Been here a year and moved around a lot. No training to speak of.
