Most members really do seem to care about us as individuals instead of just "another employee." There's a real emphasis on work-life balance which is very appreciated.
Collaboration is huge at RedShelf. Everyone is always willing to work together to get projects done. Not once have I ever needed help and not received it.
Working remotely has taken away from this, as with every other company now working remote, but I thoroughly enjoy interacting with my coworkers on a daily basis. There are some truly great people at RedShelf.
I've had the opportunity to apply for and get a promotion, which came with a nice pay raise. Additionally, everyone has the opportunity to each bonuses twice a year. Our benefits package is pretty great as well.
RedShelf is extremely inclusive in my opinion. We have people working here from all different walks of life. Additionally, the company is mostly made up of people in their 20s and 30s, which aligns with my age group. It makes it easier to get along with my coworkers.
