What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The experts are starting to get a voice and be listened to

What makes you most happy at work?

Discovering new patterns that can make our work experience much smoother, easier, and fun on a day to day basis.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There isn't a lot of emotional attachment to ideas. Everyone has strong opinions loosely held and the best idea usually wins.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

RedShelf seems to compensate under market average. I think the intention is to offset this with bonuses, but IMO bonuses should take you up and beyond market average, not land you right at them if you actually get your full bonus.
