It is great! There are of course growing pains and process changes that need to occur, but management of our team seems to want to hear about those issues so that we can strive towards a better experience internally and externally as well!

The ability to get technical issues and other customer related issues resolved quickly and timely so I can focus on all of my tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We wear a lot of different hats and do a lot of different things. Especially when it comes to billing. Most companies have separate teams that carry out customer service and billing duties and there should be a separation of powers there. I have also taken on a lot more heavy hitting accounts.
