While my role has been a bit undefined, I have been able to dig into different tasks and initiatives that have helped broaden my knowledge and skillset. Management team appears to be spread thin and need more help/bandwidth to support cyclical planning and professional development. Overall, happy :)

People are willing to help and provide guidance during confusing or new (to me) situations.

They are highly intelligent individuals, who all share a common passion regarding the company's goals and mission.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Decent base salary; new OKRs are being delivered late for the first half and I feel rushed to obtain.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are willing to dig into the (sometimes dirty) details and typically stay very positive when problem solving. Strong collaboration to get the job done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Building relationships with customers so they have trust in me as well as the company to deliver what we say we will. I enjoy overcoming challenges, learning new things, and helping to creating more effective and efficient processes.
