What makes you most happy at work?

Helping others succeed and solving interesting problems together

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership seems to care about hiring good people and looking for ways to improve

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team cares about their work, is really skilled at what they do, and great at communicating

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

In general, people are positive and supportive and interested in helping each other. A huge percentage of the company has turned over in the last year, at just about every level. With so many new faces we're actively feeling out what the new culture will be, which is both a risk and an opportunity.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Flexibility around vacation time and time off. I have been actively encouraged to make sure I don't forget to use all my vacation time by both managers and HR. Work from home has continued to be flexible and the company has worked to accommodate both those who want to stay remote and those who don't
