Rapid growth requires rapid scaling (of the business.) We need more people - and fast!

We have a well-rounded team of creative, passionate people (and they like to have fun)
What did you like most about the interview process?
The RedShelf interview process was great. They offered a great mix of people that helped reinforce what I'd heard about the company culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We continue to grow quickly, but it doesn't seem to ruffle the culture. Everyone is busy but makes time for smiles, laughs, and activity. RedShelf also coordinates a ton of events to bring folks together from time to time since we're all remote.
