Everyone is willing to help one another. But to that same degree is can they help one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is used mainly towards funding travel, while it will be reimbursed at a point most of the funds are used for that. Higher Salary and lower commission would allow for more initial success. But also items are being talked about with commission Spiffs allowing for more commission checks!
