The implementation of a new semi-annual incentive plan that has an at goal bonus of 3x our previous plan.

I value the sense of community the most. Our team is collaborative, compassionate, and empathic. They treat eachother with respect and work hard to encourage eachother to be the best possible versions of themselves.
