Open door policy - everyone's perspective and experience matters. The executive team cares about their employees just as much as they care about the success of the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
New hires need to have the basic skillset needed for their team - after that it's generally a question of cultural fit. Our interview process is easy because we are just trying to get to know our potential team members.
