My team is an experienced group of software engineers with many skills and areas of expertise. They tackle complex problems and work to make better quality and choice for our customers. They are great to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The REDX is like a family. They strive to treat each person with respect and give everyone a say. They also expect everyone to pull their weight and do their best. No slackers allowed. We like to play together also, including rewards for hitting our quarterly goals.
