Our team is a family, we work hard and help each other to accomplish goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
we need a leader who can bring us together as a team. we're all just on our own islands
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the leaders in the office care about the employees succeeding at redx, unless you're in the call center.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the manager need to stop acting better than everyone. theres no trust and everyone is scared to speak out and then get fired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my manager treats us all like were expendable. He's only out for himself. The low pay and no pto make me want to leave too
What makes you most happy at work?
I learn something new every day, whether that be from customers or coworkers, it is a learning environment where we all push each other to become better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work/life balance is amazing here. There is no micromanaging and I feel trusted to accomplish my tasks each day without someone over my shoulder The trust and security here has no rival.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't feel like any interview I've ever been on where we spend the time with me convincing them that I'm "worthy" to work here. It was people just getting to know each other and find out together if they would be a good fit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are fantastic! Once our executive team found out that our previous health coverage was going to include less and cost more, they immediately found a better and cheaper option for the employees, regardless of the cost to the company. They really care that we feel secure.
