What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone takes their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously. The environment is fun and relaxed, but still driven toward success and our goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty casual. The people in charge of hiring me cared more about my personality and skills than they did about my "on-paper" qualifications. I feel like they hired me for who I am and what I'm capable of rather than what looks good on paper.
