Our team collaborates really well and we have a really fun and uplifting rapport. Our team is encouraging and always pushing each other to be better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was very transparent and encouraged me to be the same way. The discussions were candid and it felt like they were just trying to get to know me rather than make every question a test.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Growth and improvement is really important, but there's a huge emphasis on making sure we have a good work/life balance. The attitude is always get your work done, do it well, and then go home and live your life.
