Setting clear goals and investing in the people and processes to meet them.
We aren't aligned on goals and often worked at cross purposes. Fix that.
I used to be excited to be here but in less than 2 years I'm on my 4th manager above me. I consistently do quality work and my merit increases don't seem to actually be based on merit. I have become frustrated working within the organization as it feels like you have to know someone to move up.
