Consistency. There is constant turnover of management, which means constant change.
Employees have aleady been told that they shouldn't expect raises or bonuses this year. Regular merit increases would help me feel better.
More training/education. Most are new nurses with no experience. They are given minimal training.
Develop a sense of team. Retain current employees
