Diversity and inclusiveness, charity PTO hours, working objectively rather than blaming individuals.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Response time afterward wasn't too terrible, interviewers were polite and interested / engaged in discussions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Boss allows me to take my PTO when I need it, encourages attending learning courses when we are able to.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

All salary data for this position and years of experience (Comparably included) suggests I am underpaid by about 40%. It isn't a small gap between my current salary and the majority of averages I come across, accounting for region and years of experience.
