What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their involvement in company meetings and answering employee questions when prompted (no matter how difficult those questions can be).
Understanding towards orher employees but sometimes hard to find when needed
Transparency and honesty. The solicit feedback and listen to the employees while being honest about the needs of the business.
I think previous years have been 'rough' with the leadership, BUT even since I've been there they have been rapidly improving. It's hard to transition from being a hands-on-CEO to a strategic leader, and I think Jenn has finally pulled it off.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Week off at the holidays
All encompassing. Has evolved over time.
It's definitely high. The number of days off that we get as a company plus the ones in the package. I really like travel.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incredibly expensive benefits. Not as good as many other companies
Lacking benefits offers and very exoensice. Low 401(k) match.

Everyone is eager to succeed.
Super supportive and excited about pushing new ideas

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Meeting like-minded people and having a brand new office to work out of
everyone is challenged to grow and take on new things. The business is so complex that there is always amazing challenges.
Continuous feedback and HR/Leadership are really clearly working hard to make things better. The company parties and social events are really fun.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less work hours and a trusting workplace

What makes you most happy at work?
when i see my co workers ready to work and not tired and frustrated
Love having coffee chats with my team or other team members
