For the first three months it was fine but after that the supervisor Fred Jones would keep trying to start issues with myself and other which he would act like it will lead to write up or that he would threaten to fire me over simple things like a helmet or a vest that was given to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to get my job done on time, being able to get home on time as well as not being yelled at over simple things such as one truck being crooked.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better respect towards everyone that is here whether they are part of the company or a temporary agency putting people here to help us with the labor we are short handed with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everytime we do something extra or do something that helps the company but we arent told we get reprimanded for it or threatened with being let go or plain fired for that kind of stuff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team comes to work to do their job and go home. Others come to mess around and slack while others have to pick up those peoples work load and still get yelled at.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Commincating as well stop firing people over the smallest and minute details when we are already short staffed as well being able to choose better people fit for the job since there are people having to do others job when they are present at work.
