Stop the good ole boys way of doing business. Hire competent Managers and not friends and family. Worst Company you could choose to work for. Run

What is the best part about your compensation package?
wish there was an option to opt out of any medical insurance. there should be a token gesture (say $100 month) from the company to the employee for NOT taking your insurance. and saving you money

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus program that only the upper gets. The real workers and employees receive nothing. When you have a GM getting a extra $60,000 bonus something is seriously wrong.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
"we've always done it this way" wrong attitude with a new system (RISE) too many chiefs and nobody in the middle mgmt or the GM want to do whats right.... too worried about their bonus
