Management team treats you as if you are less than them. They go as far as calling people names, make racial slurs and other derogatory comments. Nobody should have to endure treatment like this. There is no amount of money to make it ok.

We were having meetings every morning for the residential team with dispatchers, supervisors, and managers. It was very helpful to know what's going on for the day. But we no longer have them and I feel lost through out the day. Like not finding out about routes that didn't go out until past noon.

For our Branch we need better leaders/boss it is a constant battle between first and second shift. Production is affected as a result as well as quality. Staff is sometimes treated bad, yelled at or not given the proper ppe to do the job.

Management needs to change, the shift supervisors need to change. Production should be the main goal and not "what can I do to make the others job harder". Hiding important information from each other going out of the way to make it harder for each other rather than focus on why we are there.
