I use to be excited about coming in and I enjoyed working here. We switched over to salary almost a year ago and now our schedule is being changed from working 10 hours to 11 hours with no compensation for the extra hour we are working. I don't understand how this is ok.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That there was so much room to grow in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel it is unfair to make us work an extra hour without any extra pay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need more drivers and trucks. My bulk team is always being pulled to a different LOB leaving bulk pick ups on the ground. This creates COMMITMENT FAILURES and more service recordings than I can handle.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We were having meetings every morning for the residential team with dispatchers, supervisors, and managers. It was very helpful to know what's going on for the day. But we no longer have them and I feel lost through out the day. Like not finding out about routes that didn't go out until past noon.
