Need to change the manager due to not treating the emplyes correctly

Corporate needs to come to lewisvile tx and do a odit on there managment and speek to the employees. How they are getting miss treated.
What makes you most happy at work?
When im on route doing my job as the best i can and interact with the kids that love to see us when we are serving there house.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They created a point system that realy make nosence and we spoke to different location. They dont even have that or heard of a point system. Even our management told us is a company policy. Coming from corporate.
