I am all the more better for learning about this fascinating industry yet in comparison with competitor, we can and need to do better by our employees. I totally get why they're unionizing; especially with safety issues -deaths of late

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Real commitment to enduring racial diversity starting with the Top tier leadership. MORE TRANSPARENCY instead of realigning favorites/friends into positions that are usually posted. Better healthcare costs. Cola annual increase should be for everyone not removed if you accept new position.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The human connection with employees to render them a true living wage. COLA -2.25% increase that's quickly usurped by the annual increases in healthcare as our mgnt fails to get better cost plans unlike smaller companies. Little upward mobility just realign friends into roles. Race-Diversity joke
