What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading, communicating, fair treatment for all, understanding their job, understanding the job of the people they're trying to lead.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management team treats you as if you are less than them. They go as far as calling people names, make racial slurs and other derogatory comments. Nobody should have to endure treatment like this. There is no amount of money to make it ok.
