In my area in particular, ideas are listened to. There's a great deal of respect, collaboration and optimism, in spite of the chaos in other areas.
Our company and team goals are optimistic and realistically challenging. For my team at least, I feel like accomplishments are highlighted regularly and pitfalls/mistakes are used to grow rather than discourage.
