Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Unable to get healthcare due to hours being cut as punishment.

I know I'm undervalued because your harassed on days off to come in, you work over 40+ scheduled a wk. 12 her days and they illegally expect you to care for more clients at one time then your suppose to. Some who even have 1 on 1 required care, where you have them and 4 or even 6 others at a time

Employees flop their lazy butts in a chair or couch and rake in the doe as they sleep or watch TV. The honest hardworking employees get stressed out trying to pick up other's slack.

People make more in fast food then staff that care for the disabled

I kill myself to make deadlines and im barely eeking out $20/hr. I am the most experienced tech in my facility and a lot of the responsibility and problem solving falls to me.

Getting paid for all the clients I work with, even the ones that I'm not scheduled to care for, doing my part plus more.

More pay and more training

I work everytime and sometime 2 house together and still get my hours cut so they can try to call me in everyday. But I cant work everyday to get my hours back

Everyother house makes $11 while the house I work at pays $9.45 an hour. You have to work 200 hours a pay period or have 2 jobs to make a living.

The pay is horrible and the management are really disrespectful

Insane dangerous workload for little pay

overworked underpaid managers don't care about staff, they only care about money they don't even care about the clients. We're here for the clients this isnt our home we are here for the members not are selfish needs

I would feel better if I got a raise every year.

I would like to be treated like 12 hour shifts are long enough. Not made to feel like it's not enough.
