What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Cliques within the office that is over the Area

End the corruption. End favoritism. Don't allow friends to work together. End bullying coworkers.

Rescare doesn't care about their employees or clients

Pay people something, have managers and directors who care and want to help staff

customers come to worksite and just sit around for 5 hours. no formal or planned activities or training

Replace presidential leadership and who they report to

More training staff are stealing all the clients items and food

It all starts with upper management and hiring the help needed and that will do thier job.

Hiring process is a mess but the training isn't even being implemented into learning client specifics management is it's rough people being put in there that don't even know they're even job title then you have employees who are being paid less who are doing the manager's jobs

Management needs trained, evaluated and taught how to hire, fire and train staff
