Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Undervalued because Compensation does not match cost of living, work load, stress and activities during the work day. I would feel better making a higher yearly salary with guaranteed bonus structure so I know what to expect in my paystubs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. they are completely out of touch with reality and modern business mentality. They are too concerned with making people do things than guiding us how to do them. Completely self centered and living in an executive bubble raking in their grossly engorged salaries.
