Set of personality assessments why don't we just focus on in person role-playing to improve our craft

That it was very competitive in the market, and that they're full options to choose the best health an additional insurance

They are very knowledgeable and helpful when needed
Willing to work and help each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of them talk really bad about each other. But when they are around each other they act like they are great friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, I work remotely, and in the field in the customers are great.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quit acting like they are all about the 5 C's and really be about them
What did you like most about the interview process?
That it was Thurrell screening process with for interviews and a skills and personality assessment
Very basic not enough information no matter how.many different ways you ask the same questions.
