RH Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Full benefits for self and dependents.

Salary is competitive and health benefits are great.

Company is there to help

Review from Sales Dept

They did at least pay me a hell of a lot of money, but it wasn’t worth my physical health. I developed a chronic illness from the after effects of that job. Not worth i

Its more then fair for employees

all of the benefits and packages

Review from Design Dept

that it included health and fitness

Salary- but benefits are lacking

None i did get it signed up and they closed my enrollment

401k match, health and PTO

It is fair and understandable.

I think it's fair reliable and thoughtful

Its is fair and honest

stock options & good vacation

I'm a part time employee.

The match of the company

401k and FSA are the ones I use.

Review from Sales Dept

It covers me as well as my dependents

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have not gotten a raise in 2 years, the last raise i got was 10 cents an hour more.

Review from Design Dept

Matching 401k , bonuses , and annual increases more thank .25 cents per hour

Lateral movement and no consistency in teams/leaders

Undervalued only in the sense I never received proper training for my job. I was very satisfied with compensation. Sadly, no profit sharing.

Match 401k, better PTO policy, better work schedule, do not make employees pay to park.

Following state bare minumum guidelines for emoloyment regarding to breaks, lunch , over time, travel reimbursement, work life balance. No amount of pay would make this job worth it.

Management taking action against toxic employees that force new hires out do to many forms of abuse

I was constantly told by coworkers and the executive chef that I was one of, if not the best employee they've had, yet management found petty ways to make it more difficult to work there, when I quit they took me off the schedule before my 2 week notice was up and I was unemployed for a week.

A higher base pay, 401K matching, commission or bonuses would be nice

I feel I should be getting paid 4$ more an hour

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits include health vision and dental but stop there. No 401K match, no RSU offerings and no discount stock options

Review from Operations Dept

i just feel like i don't get paid enough for the amount of work, flexibility, and time I give them.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay rate does not match the amount of work expected from employees. Less hours after 5pm.
