What do you like best about the leadership team?
I trust their experience and knowledge
Tireless and dedicated. They're committed to transparency and to the success of each employee.
Easy access, candid conversation with all of them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making strategic decisions and following through on them, doing some of the work themselves instead of just pushing down in a small organization and supporting their team to success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock options and the benefits options.
My annual bonus is a good compliment to base.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On target earnings were never realistic, no-one in my tenure at the company came close to hitting them. OTE was based off spending X dollars in marketing, which were never spent, so OTE should have been compensated due to this.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very open, civilized communication all the time, as well as positive reinforcement and recognition.
Such a great motivated, world-class team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are always a couple of team members that don’t gel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Strong values, delivering "Wow" for customers and each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Very intense, high reaching goals environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was incredibly thorough and accurate, resulting in a fantastic team.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I think they need to realize a human resources training, to work better for the company and for the new employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
Income, people, reputation and location
Recognition for what I accomplish.

Need additional resources and better managerial direct reports.
