My annual bonus is a good compliment to base.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

On target earnings were never realistic, no-one in my tenure at the company came close to hitting them. OTE was based off spending X dollars in marketing, which were never spent, so OTE should have been compensated due to this.
