    Company does have 2 performance appraisals during the calendar year and it seems that employees are satisfied with it generally

    Again - clear, concise, TRULY agreed-upon singular focus. Then empower teams to identify and solve problems. Let them own the success metrics and hold them accountable to them. Hire better, more skilled, more Senior Product Managers please.
