Compensation leaves little room for financial flexibility, making it difficult to plan beyond immediate expenses

Spend the same amount of time on ways to pay accomplishments as you do ways to devalue the effort

Compensation is only good for leaders. Company is very positively towards leaders. DEI is just an afterthought leading to pay disparity.

Compensation is not market rate

salary/benefits are not great for individual contributors

Years of experience, credentials earned should make a difference in your pay scale. No QA should be paid less than the FT first pass coder.

The stock options are just that-options. If you cannot afford them, they are of little use. Being a startup the benefits are pretty poor and very expensive, especially for remote employees.

Salary is comparable to other companies. Benefits are better if you live in California versus remote workers. Remote workers benefits are not as good, and are fairly expensive.
