Compensation is only good for leaders. Company is very positively towards leaders. DEI is just an afterthought leading to pay disparity.

teams are not united so having low ego management and leadership would benefit the culture..along with documented processes
managers need to care about their employees
Make sure managers who are interviewing have been trained to avoid the off limits questions and focus on the skills needed to do the work and accurately describe the job and culture
Better communication throughout the process
I would like them to focus on hiring people with the company's core values in mind.

Improving structure in how we onboard and introduce new employees into the company. It has improved but we still have work to go.
