What makes you most happy at work?
Work doesn't feel like work. Yes, it's hard and fast-paced sometimes, but I don't hate waking up every day and going to work. The team and culture make it worth it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The first interview felt more like a conversation, which eased things up a little. It made me more comfortable for the second interview which was more technical. Both interviewers were welcoming and friendly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is knowledgeable, supportive, and receptive to feedback. Everyone on the leadership team is great to work with, and they treat everyone with respect even when things get tough. They all understand that we're all human beings and support our personal and professional development.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a supportive and warm environment that promotes professional and personal growth. As someone that's new to the field of marketing, I've never felt like I was thrown into the wolves. Even when things get crazy (as agencies naturally go through) I know everyone has my back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great culture which facilitates our ability to create genuine friendships. Our team feels more like a family. Everyone respects and helps each other out. On top of that, everyone is extremely knowledgeable in their area so it's easy to collaborate and ask for help at all times!
